Beyond the telescope
I read widely — history, philosophy, and literary fiction. The common thread is an interest in how things actually work underneath official explanations: how power moves, how institutions fail, how people behave when the rules are opaque. It is not entirely different from what draws me to financial crime — the same impulse to follow a structure until it reveals itself.
